The service
TradeLab provides simulated trading and analysis tools. A TradeLab account is not a bank, investment or brokerage account. Virtual balances, paper orders and simulated profits have no cash-redemption value. The service does not execute real-money securities transactions for you.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Do not share an account, impersonate another person or access another user’s records. Contact support if you believe your account has been misused. Use the service only where you are legally able to agree to its terms.
Responsible use
Do not exploit defects to manipulate balances or rankings, bypass access controls, overload the service, scrape restricted data, upload harmful content or harass other users. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security incidents or operational problems. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact support.
Market data and simulated outcomes
Quotes, charts, auction values and recordings depend on available data and may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted. Simulated execution may differ from a real market in price, liquidity, slippage, charges or timing. Stop-loss and target prices are not guaranteed fill prices. Check order confirmations and data status before relying on the interface.
Competitions
A published competition has its own registration period, trading window, participant limit and rules. Read them before registering. Rankings and results are based on the applicable simulated account and can require review. No cash prize, payment or reward is promised by a sample leaderboard or generic feature description.
Content and third-party services
Use the interface and supplied information for their intended purpose and respect applicable rights in software and market data. Access to data does not grant permission to redistribute it. Links to other services do not mean TradeLab controls their availability or terms.
Availability and changes
Features and data coverage can change, and maintenance or provider outages can interrupt access. TradeLab does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular practice result. Save information you need for your own review. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
